Hace unos días, Jack White salió a la defensa de TIDAL en una entrevista en línea y ayer compartió a través del blog de Third Man Records, un poema titulado “Music Is Sacred” (La música es sagrada) por lo que especulaciones que fuera una respuesta a esa entrevista comenzaron a circular, pero un comunicado oficial, también publicado en el sitio de la disquera de White, esclareció que no está ligado a TIDAL.
