The Crown y Ted Lasso dominan en la lista de ganadores de los Emmys 2021

Finalmente, tras volver a la normalidad, los Emmys 2021 se convirtieron en un evento lleno de estrellas que inundó la conversación en las redes sociales. La cuadragésima séptima edición de la gala creada por la Academia de la Televisión de los Estados Unidos que tiene el objetivo de reconocer a todos aquellos que entregaron obras de excelencia en la industria de la pequeña pantalla a lo largo del año fue un éxito.

El evento se llevó a cabo en el Microsoft Theatre de Los Ángeles, California, y, contrario a la edición pasada en la cual Jimmy Kimmel presentó la gala en un auditorio vacío y con los ganadores recibiendo sus premios a través de videollamadas, en esta ocasión todos los participantes atendieron al teatro.

En una edición que prometía satisfacer al público más geek con nominaciones importantes para series como The Mandalorian, Wandavision, Boys Cobra Kai, entre muchos otros, la realidad es que los dominantes fueron los típicos programas dramas y comedias de tintes históricos o de problemas contemporáneos, pero no los de fantasía o ciencia ficción.

Los mayores ganadores fueron la ya favorita de todos los años en las categorías dramáticas The Crown, con Ted Lasso ganando la mayor parte de los galardones de comedia y la miniserie The Queens Gambit en su respectiva categoría.
