To say that we’re excited about coming to Mexico and playing the Corona festival would be a huge understatement. It’s hard to describe what it means to us. This time last year we were doing shitty jobs which were made bearable by dreaming of things like this.
Not only is it a great line up but we get to experience a culture miles away from the increasingly cold and bitter months ahead of us in the UK.
It will be good to check out some of the bands (Cat Power being a definite) but I think we’re all just as excited to wander around and chat to the people and meet any Mexican fans we may have… Checking out some more locals bands would be ace as well. Can you give us tips?

Decir que estamos emocionados por ir a México y tocar en el Corona Capital sería subestimarlo. Es difícil describir lo que significa para nosotros. Hace un año teníamos trabajos de mierda que eran llevaderos por soñar en cosas como estas.
No sólo es un gran cartel, también tendremos la experiencia de una cultura a kilómetros de distancia de los cada vez más fríos y amargos meses que vendrán en Reino Unido.
Será bueno echar un vistazo de algunas de las bandas (Cat Power es una en particular), pero creo que todos estamos muy emocionados de andar por ahí, platicar con la gente y conocer a tantos fans mexicanos como podamos… conocer a algunas otras bandas locales sería bueno también. ¿Nos pueden dar tips?
